To design in, to keep, or to design out.... 

It's strange; we often see so much commitment to wellbeing from organisations that consider stress a lack of resilience in an individual. 

But how often do we consider our ways of working might be the problem and the cause behind significant work-related stress. Dated approaches to work design, organisational support functions, lack of autonomy, workload, hierarchies, and poor leadership...  

We are exploring a different approach to organisational wellbeing and employee experience. One where we look to design in, enhance the positives or design out the hindrance aspects of our work. 

How do we achieve our impact?

Put simply; we share the knowledge of our network and our research with people and organisations that want to create a better workplace.
